Update 2018:
I can’t believe I started this, my first blog 4 years ago. I began the blog with a specific focus (see below) and over the years my interest in and desire to write about physical fitness and health decreased. I decided that at the beginning of this new year (2018) I would write about anything except physical fitness.
So starting today, January 13, 2018 my blog will have a new name, Feathers For Your Journey and the content will be about life, learning, and goals.
Around the world feathers represent many things, most commonly wisdom, freedom, and inspiration.
About Me:
I live in northern Alberta, Canada where work in the Human Services field. I love international foods, Starbucks lattes, and being outdoors (except during Winter).
This blog will primarily focus on faith and physical fitness beginning in January 2014.
On January 1st, this blog will focus on faith, physical fitness, and health. I’m not a personal trainer, I’m simply someone who is on health and wellness journey and I’ve discovered the hard way that I cannot travel this road successfully without bringing God and faith into the process. My posts will be an alternative to some of the unhealthy fitspo posts that are making the rounds on the internet. All posts are designed to be a source of encouragement and a blessing to those who are also on the journey to healthier living.

Hi, I hadn’t realized the link was no longer active.
Here is a link to the contents that was in the original article.

I am trying to find the article that is linked in one of your blog posts. The link comes up empty saying the article is not found. The post is https://artepreta.com/2014/10/13/the-passive-aggressive-christian/ and the article linked at the bottom is “The passive aggressive always wins”. Can you share more details about where this article can be located? Thanks!
Hey JM, I was just curious to see how you managed the Paelo plan for 30 days? Although you know my viewpoint is based on 1 Corinthians 10:23 and a more Mediterranean diet plan, I wanted to know if Paleo gave you a kick-start and you’re well on your way to a healthier lifestyle. I praise God that He created us all uniquely! It would be a boring world if we were all alike. 🙂 Blessings,
Wanted to take just a moment to jump over to thank you for following ADDandSoMuchMore.com (and for taking the time to “like” my posts) — and to let you know that I was touched by the careful way you handled your Robin Williams post.
I have decided to “wait and mull” before drafting my own (probably to introduce a new depression-focused Series I have been promising in response to the requests of a number of my readers) — I’ll include a link to yours whenever that happens, and will ping you when it goes “live.”
I also want to tell you how much I admire how “out in front” you have positioned your blog concerning your spiritual center. I’ll be reading for inspiration as I put my life back together. God Bless.
xx,
mgh
